 Play in therapy, parent and child counseling center provides a safe, warm, friendly environment  for children and their families. They come to me for a variety of reasons. They might be  feeling anxious and depressed, anger or grief. They may be unable to  understand strong feelings and emotions. Parents  might be feeling at a loss with their children

I use an integrated approach to help my clients resolve their issues. Mindfulness and creative art therapy is also offered to adolescents and adults who are seeking support for their own self care and mental well-being.
